We must change our eating habits. I speak of my household in particular. We have already made this change. I refer to America. The United States have some of the worst habits known to man. You can see the joints of the fast food at every street corner. It's hilarious when you see advertisements for these locations. They act as what is kosher; the food is totally fine and in good health, nothing to fear. They have even a guy in a dancing clown suit and frolic about with children. It is a joke. Give us all a break! Any fool knows that it will destroy your belly and you kill that cause a heart attack. And most of the people will still buy it. I am missing something here? I'll give you that my recipes are healthy, but easy meals. Maybe this will change your daily habits. It is easy to eat healthy and be cost-effective at the same time.
